Help Your Small Business Score with Expert Advice Courtesy of The UPS Store

The UPS Store is getting in the spirit of 2013’s NCAA March Madness by helping small business owners to “get in, stay in and win the game”…the game of running a successful business that is. The company announced this week that it will be hosting a Small Business Expert Twitter chat series to assist small business owners in launching and growing their businesses.

Using the twitter hashtag #SBOadvice, the chats can be followed online starting at 3:00 p.m. EST on the following dates and feature some well-known business experts:

Tuesday, March 19: “Get in the Game – Make your small business dreams a reality,” hosted by Michelle McCullough, small business startup and growth expert, and partner of @StartupPrincess

Tuesday March 26: “Stay in the Game – Market your small business,” hosted by Stephanie Chandler (@bizauthor), author and small business marketing expert

Tuesday April 2: “Win the Game – Take your small business to the next level,” hosted by Barry Moltz (@barrymoltz), author and entrepreneurship expert

Small businesses have always been important to The UPS store and with this short Small Business Expert Twitter chat series the company hopes to provide valuable information to current as well as up-and-coming business owners.

“Just like a basketball team in the Final Four, getting there is just part of the challenge when launching your own business,” said the company’s Vice President of Marketing and Small Business Solutions, Michelle Van Slyke. “We know that starting a small business is an achievement in and of itself, but once you’ve taken that first step – what’s next?” The company hopes that this Twitter chat series will answer that question and many more for today’s small business owners.

The UPS Store also has announced the rollout of its new Small Business Tool Kits, which are also designed to help small business owners succeed in each stage of the entrepreneurship game, even those still exploring various entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition to the standard Start-up and Growth Tool Kits, other kits are also available to meet the needs of any small business owner, but may vary by location both in terms of content and pricing.
